Bareboat Skipper
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all training services provided by True Course Sailing.
By submitting a booking request or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms
2. Course Booking
Course places are limited and subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only after:
• the training agreement is signed, and
• the required deposit is received.
3. Payments
Payment terms are as follows:
• 20% deposit to confirm the booking
• 40% payment no later than 30 days before the course start date
• 40% balance payable on the first day of the course
All deposits and advance payments are non-refundable.
4. Certification
Certification is issued upon successful completion of the course and fulfillment of all certification requirements, including minimum sea time where applicable
5. Course Changes
True Course Sailing reserves the right to change course dates, location, or schedule if required due to weather, safety considerations, or operational reasons.
Participants will be informed in advance whenever possible.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to:
• follow instructor guidance and safety procedures
• behave responsibly onboard
• respect the vessel, crew, and other participants
Failure to comply may result in removal from the course without refund.
7. Liability
Participation in sailing activities involves inherent risks.
True Course Sailing shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation, except where required by applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable local laws.
